About this website
This disclaimer covers strengtheventsgroup.eu, the website of Strength Events Group (SEG). We use the website to present our activities, equipment and collaborations and to receive enquiries.
Information and agreements
We take care with the information on this website. However, information may become outdated or contain an error. If you are unsure about availability, prices, equipment or an activity, contact us before making a decision. An enquiry is not a confirmed booking. The accepted offer, agreed arrangements and applicable terms determine the agreement.
This disclaimer does not restrict statutory consumer rights or generally exclude our statutory liability. An incorrect statement cannot be disregarded solely by reference to this disclaimer.
Safety and training
Photos, videos and descriptions are intended to give an impression of our activities. They do not replace instructions for use, personal supervision or medical advice. Use strength equipment only with appropriate instruction and within your capabilities. Training results vary from person to person; we do not promise a fixed result.
Photos, text and logos
Text, designs, photos, videos and logos on this website may be protected by copyright or trademark rights. The rights belong to SEG or the relevant creator or rights holder. The presence of material on our website does not mean SEG owns all rights to it or can authorize every form of reuse.
Want to reuse material? Contact us beforehand unless the use is permitted by law or the rights holder has already given permission. If you believe a publication infringes your rights, or you object to identifiable images, email us with a link and explanation so we can assess it and amend or remove it where necessary.
External websites and organizations
Links to other websites generally open in a new tab or window. The relevant provider is responsible for its own information, services and privacy policy. When making an external booking or purchase, check who you are entering into an agreement with.
On our Strength with Compassion page, we give visibility to animal welfare and animal rights organizations. This does not automatically mean a formal partnership exists or that they endorse our businesses. Any donations and plans for them are described on that page; participation in a SEG activity is not automatically a donation.
Contact and changes
Have a question or found an error? Contact us at dennis@strengtheventsgroup.eu or through the contact page. We may update the website and this explanation. An update does not retrospectively change existing agreements or statutory rights.
